TUCSON, Ariz., Dec. 9, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- OrderPro Logistics, Inc. (OTCBB:OPLO) symbol had an "E" placed behind it on Monday December 8, 2003 due to the fact that the Quarterly Report has to be re-filed by our new accounting firm.
Recently we informed our investors that OrderPro Logistics, Inc had terminated its relationship with the accounting firm of James C. Marshall CPA, and had selected the CPA firm Weinberg & Company, P.A.
As a result of Weinberg & Company needing to review previously filed reports, a delay with their actual filing of OrderPro's 3rd Quarter report occurred. OrderPro Logistics then filed a preliminary Quarterly Report with a Letter of Notification to the effect that Weinberg & Company would soon file the official report, so that the report would actually be on file for all investors to review.
According to Richard Windorski, CEO of OrderPro Logistics, "We expect that Weinberg & Company will file the official 3rd quarter report in the next day or two, and at that time the we expect the "E" to be removed from our trading symbol. We regret any anxiety that this event may have had on any of our investors. Our management team is fully committed to the implementation of our strategic plan and our goal of $40 - 50 million in annual revenues within the next 24 - 36 months."
