MALMO, Sweden, Dec. 16, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Telelogic (Stockholm Exchange: TLOG), the leading global provider of solutions for advanced systems and software development, today announced that one of the world's five biggest consulting companies has selected Telelogic DOORS as its preferred requirements management solution.

Under the terms of the agreement the consulting company will recommend its centers worldwide to use DOORS for internal projects and when providing services to customers. The customer's organization brings together more than 70 integrated software application development sites around the world. Each center features a team ranging in size from 50 to 2,500 individuals, united by common methods, tools and culture.

"To be selected as a recommended tool by one of the Big Five for their internal development, as well as becoming part of their offering, highlights the market leading technology of DOORS," said Anders Lidbeck, President and CEO of Telelogic. "DOORS is a powerful product that can be used for any type of requirements management, and with this agreement, Telelogic will reach a far wider group of potential customers than we are reaching today."

The customer reviewed all the leading requirements management solutions before selecting DOORS as its preferred solution. Used by more than 100,000 users at over 1,200 companies around the world, DOORS is a multi-platform, enterprise-wide system for capturing, linking, tracing, analyzing and managing changes to information to ensure a project's compliance to specified requirements and standards.
