FOERSLOEV, Sweden, Dec. 22, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Peab is to build a shopping centre in the Tuna Park area of Eskilstuna, where Coop Sverige today operates a superstore, and where a volume store is currently under construction. The shopping centre has been commissioned by a company of which KF Fastigheter and Peab will be equal owners during the construction phase. Once the shopping centre has been completed, the ownership will be handed over to the Alecta service company for about SEK 337 million.
The commission is based on a trust-based contract, and construction will start in January 2004, while the shopping centre will open during the spring 2005.
