HELSINKI, Finland, Jan. 12, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Artemis Finland Oy, the subsidiary of Proha Plc's subsidiary Artemis International Solutions Corporation, will deliver a resource management system for the Finnish company VR-Track Ltd.
VR-Track is the first company worldwide to adopt the Artemis 7 resource management module. Artemis 7 and its resource management module support the reorganization and the new business oriented approach of VR-Track. VR-Track will implement the new resource management system during spring 2004 for resource management and capacity planning of all their construction, maintenance and planning projects.
Artemis 7 was introduced in August 2003 and its portfolio management module has dozens of customers worldwide.
VR-Track Ltd. in brief
VR-Track is responsible for the track work within the Finnish VR Corporate. Every year VR-Track manages hundreds of projects and they are the biggest provider of track work services in Finland. Their most important services include track planning and consulting, construction and maintenance. The company employs approximately 2600 track building professionals. The net sales of track construction and maintenance in the VR Corporate amounted to approximately 240 million euros in 2002.
