(OTCBB:QTEK) announced today that it has executed a Dealer Sales Agreement with Information Imaging Corporation (IIC) of South San Francisco, CA. IIC is a major supplier of aperture cards worldwide. Over the years Information Imaging was instrumental in getting Quintek's patented technology accepted at the following locations: Boeing Co. (BA:NYSE), CALTRANS, Lockheed Martin Corp. (LMT:NYSE), The US Navy and King County, Washington.
Robert Steele, President and CEO commented, "Quintek has had a relationship with Information Imaging for several years and this marks the first time that we have had a Dealer Sales Agreement in place."
