STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Feb. 3, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- In January, Lansforsakringar Bank launched an MTN program for ongoing borrowing on the Swedish capital market. Initially the MTN programme had a limit of SEK 3 billion, which was raised in September 2003 to SEK 7 billion. The limit is now being increased further and amounts to SEK 10 billion. Foreningssparbanken is the Lead Arranger and the other participants are Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea and SEB.
"There is a strong demand for Lansforsakringar Bank's bonds. Accordingly, this is a natural step to increase the limit to SEK 10 billion," says Anders Larsson, CFO at Lansforsakringar Bank.
