Grand Opening of ``Magnetic Resonance Therapy (Bahamas) Limited'' Makes National News in Nassau

Second Parkinson's Patient Shows Dramatic Improvements

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. and NASSAU, Bahamas, Feb. 19, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Anthony P. Fusco, Jr., Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Jacobson Resonance Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB:JRSE), announced today that the January grand opening of Magnetic Resonance Therapy (Bahamas) Limited (MRTBL) achieved national newspaper and television coverage in the Bahamas on the merit of its continuing to alleviate the pain and suffering of clients, including a second Parkinson's patient.

MRTBL is a joint venture between JRSE and the CSB5 Management Company, Limited, whose principals include Dr. Conville S. Brown and Dr. Corrine Sin Quee. The MRTBL Pain Management Clinic is located on the Campus of the new Bahamas Heart Centre Expansion, the Centreville Medical Pavilion, a world-class integrated medical facility. The Pavilion includes Radiation Therapy Services (Bahamas) Limited, affiliated with the Detroit Medical Centre, and houses the GE Lightspeed 16 CT Scanner and the Siemens Primus 2004 Linear Accelerator. Dr. Jerry I. Jacobson, Chairman, CEO and Chief Science and Technology Officer of JRSE, works hand-in-hand with Ian D. Kelly, MD, MRTBL's attending physician, in the diagnosis and treatment of patients and clients. Harvey Grossman, President of JRSE, acts as Dr. Jacobson's assistant and chief Magnetic Resonance Therapy (MRT) Technician.

Jerome Adler, the Parkinson's patient noted above, has suffered the debilitating effects of Parkinsonism for the past 11 years. He and his wife Noreen came to Nassau from Boynton Beach, Florida hoping against hope that MRT would alleviate Jerry's pain and suffering. Their prayers were answered. Quoting Noreen's and Jerry's testimonial statement after less than two weeks of treatments: "What Jerry experienced during and after 10 treatments in Nassau is nothing short of a miracle. Jerry's significant and notable progress in his fight against Parkinsonism gives us both new hopes. We loved the kind and caring way we were treated."

Here are some of the specific improvements that Jerry and his family have noticed:

"Jerry's voice is stronger and his ability to enunciate is much improved; his balance is much improved and he is taking fewer falls. He can now shuffle playing cards -- even late in the day when he gets tired; his card playing friend says Jerry is more aware. Jerry is sleeping longer and better and his memory is improved; his handwriting is much improved and legible. Jerry's overall mobility is better, including getting in and out of the car without help. Jerry now dresses himself which he could not do before his treatments. He spoke, laughed and joked on the phone with his daughter from Chicago for 45 minutes. On Sunday, January 18, 2004, after playing cards, Jerry walked a city block and put his walker in the back seat of the car and got into the car without help." And finally, "Jerry noted that his life is easier and more fun."

Treatments for fee paying clients began on Monday, January 5. Since December 8th Magnetic Resonance Therapy (MRT) has been used as an adjunct therapy, and has successfully relieved the pain and suffering from individuals with osteo and rheumatoid arthritis, gout, fibromyalgia, PMS, tension and migraine headaches, broken bones, tendonitis, pulled muscles, sprains and strains, neuropathy, sciatica, lower back pain, and more.
