STOCKHOLM, Sweden, March 03, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Bjorn Wahlroos, CEO of Sampo, today informed Skandia's nominating committee that he no longer will participate in the committee's work ahead of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting in April. His decision comes in light of the sale of Sampo's sale of its shares in Skandia.
