Renegade's Hamilton Aerospace Subsidiary Announces Delivery of a Head of State Boeing 747SP to the Humanitarian Organization Global Peace Initiative

TUCSON, Ariz., March 4, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Renegade Venture (NEV.) Corporation (OTCBB:RDVN) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Hamilton Aerospace Technologies (HAT), has successfully delivered a Boeing 747SP aircraft to the highly regarded international humanitarian organization Global Peace Initiative (GPI) following successful completion of major maintenance, interior refurbishment and other return-to-service work. This unique refurbished Boeing 747SP aircraft, Global Peace One, is dedicated to peace missions and humanitarian/disaster relief throughout the world. As such, it can deliver over 76,000 pounds of cargo and up to 94 doctors/nurses or other critical relief staff to global crises in a matter of hours, not days.

Global Peace Initiative fosters world peace by empowering people worldwide to embrace their most vulnerable neighbors like widows and orphans and to change the conditions causing their suffering. GPI endeavors to resolve local conflict by providing direct and immediate humanitarian relief and by instituting innovative and indigenous programming centers on every continent. Inspired by the work of Dr. K.A. Paul, GPI vigorously champions human dignity by creating ongoing initiatives that inspire local support for suffering people -- especially women and children -- who are victims of social, economic, cultural, political, or natural destructive forces.

The founder of GPI, Dr. K.A. Paul stated, "When Global Peace Initiative was faced with a pressing need to put our aircraft, Global Peace One, into service very quickly, Hamilton Aerospace was the only company we could find that was willing to step up and commit to deliver our aircraft in the timeframe we needed. Not only did Hamilton Aerospace meet our challenging delivery requirements, but they also provided quality workmanship, as demonstrated by the flawless performance of Global Peace One on its test mission to Ethiopia, India, Afghanistan, Iran and Jordan."

John Sawyer, Renegade and Hamilton Aerospace President, accompanied Dr. Paul on Global Peace One's globe-hopping test flight. On his return, Mr. Sawyer stated, "The opportunity to travel with Dr. Paul and visit some of GPI's many international relief missions was the most moving experience of my life. After personally seeing all the good that Dr. Paul and GPI are doing for so many otherwise abandoned women and children, I cannot begin to describe how honored I feel that Hamilton Aerospace was able, in some small way, to support this incredibly important and life-affirming mission."

World heavyweight boxing champion Evander Holyfield also accompanied Dr. Paul and John Sawyer on Global Peace One's multinational test flight. The soft-spoken four-time champion commented, "I have always felt strongly about helping underprivileged children to make better lives for themselves. Because GPI is helping thousands of orphans to get off the streets all over the world, I am proud to be associated with this special humanitarian organization. I would like to thank Hamilton Aerospace for their help in getting Global Peace One literally off the ground."
