The World Golf League Reports Preliminary Media Results


ORLANDO, Fla., March 16, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- The World Golf League, Inc. (OTCBB:WGFL) announced today that results for its first three weeks of television advertising has exceeded expectations. New memberships are up 600% from the same period last year and Web traffic has increased 900% from the same period in 2003.

"Interest in the Play for Pay concept is at an all time high and requests for additional information are pouring in on a daily basis," said Mike Pagnano, CEO The WGL, Inc. "We expect to reach our low end goal of 35,000 members by July 2004," Mr. Pagnano went on to say. The World Golf League also expects to bring on board this week, a PGA Tour Player official spokesman as well as a Hall of Fame Athlete to provide endorsement services for the ongoing media campaign.
