Wall Street Futures Begins Coverage of MSSI-TeleScience

DALLAS, March 25, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Wall Street Futures, a leading news source for small-cap investors, has identified the medical staffing space as a long-term growth industry with a number of attractive investment opportunities. It is now closely monitoring MSSI-TeleScience International (OTCBB:MSSI) as a company that aggressive investors may want to continue considering in this space.

According to a July 2002 report by the Health Resources and Services Administration, 30 states were estimated to have shortages of registered nurses (RNs) in the year 2000, and the shortage is projected to intensify over the next two decades -- with 44 states plus the District of Columbia expected to have RN shortages by the year 2020. Meanwhile, the need for qualified nurses is likely to increase over that same timeframe as more and more baby boomers reach retirement age.

Wall Street Futures believes that companies positioning themselves strongly as providers of high-quality medical staffing solutions for both the private and public sectors are likely to enjoy significant growth as the need for their services soars.

An attractive option for investors seeking a long-term investment in this space, MSSI recently announced its fourth medical staffing contract with the State of Pennsylvania, and it holds long-standing contractual relationships with numerous federal, state and local government agencies, as well as private sector institutions, for the provision of long-term medical personnel. MSSI's Medical Services Division has operations in 22 states servicing hospitals and medical facilities with doctors, nurses and technicians. The company has grown from first-year revenues of $200,000 in 1992 to nearly $10 million in 2003, and its clients also include the U.S. Army, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and the State of California, among others.

With a few exceptions, many bellwether stocks in this industry have experienced slight declines in their stock valuations over the past two months, presenting a buying opportunity for aggressive investors considering expanding their portfolios into this space. Wall Street Futures is also monitoring these "stocks to watch" in the medical staffing space: AMN Healthcare Services (NYSE:AHS); Cross Country (Nasdaq:CCRN); Gentiva Health Services (Nasdaq:GTIV); Medical Staffing Network (NYSE:MRN); and On Assignment (Nasdaq:ASGN).

MSSI shares closed yesterday at $0.12.
