Proxity Subsidiary to Showcase Airship in Conjunction With Announcement From Techsphere Systems International, LLC


NEW ORLEANS and ATLANTA, March 26, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- In conjunction with an industry-related announcement by Techsphere Systems International, LLC, Cyber Aerospace Corp., the operating subsidiary of On Alert Systems, Inc., a Proxity Digital Networks, Inc. subsidiary (Pink Sheets:PDNW), will showcase the AeroSphere SA-60 airship to the military and media on Monday, March 29th, at 10:30 a.m. in Columbus, Georgia. A flight demonstration of the airship's capabilities to affirm its function within Cyber Aerospace's Integrated Battlefield Network will be conducted weather permitting.

Digital CEO Billy Robinson stated, "This demonstration of the AeroSphere SA 60 gives Cyber a chance to show the capabilities and multiple systems platforms that can be adapted to the airship.
