LUND, Sweden, April 08, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Annual General Meeting of Anoto Group AB will be held on Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at 4 p.m. at the Company's premises, Ideon Research Park, Scheelevagen 19 C, House Delta 3, Lund, Sweden.
In addition to customary questions presented at our Annual General Meeting, the following propositions will be dealt with:
-- Martha Josefsson for election to the Board of Directors of Anoto
Group AB
-- Proposed alteration to the Articles of Association regarding special
auditor
-- Authorisation for the Board of Directors to resolve to implement a new
share issue of a maximum of 10,000,000 shares within the terms of
acquisitions.
Shareholders intending to participate in the Annual General Meeting must be entered in the share register maintained by VPC AB (Swedish Securities Register Center) no later than Friday April 30, 2004, and provide notice of attendance to Anoto Group AB no later than Wednesday, May 5, 2004 at 12.00 noon.
