MONTCLAIR, N.J., April 15, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Rascals International Inc. (OTCBB:RSCA) opens another club, Rascals On the Hudson, in Jersey City N.J.

Our first licensing agreement (Rascals On The Hudson) opens to 2 sold-out shows this Saturday the 17th and promises to yield great results. The Rascals management team is lending its experience of over 20 years to ensure that. Its location in the newest cosmopolitan community of Jersey City (across the river from Manhattan) promises to not only draw the crowds but some of the finest Stand-Up talent in New York City.
