About the Author
A native of Los Angeles, Gary Sturm is the author of short stories and poetry as well as the screenplay for The Casualty. His collection of short fiction, Dreamers and Other Stories, was published in 1992. Mr. Sturm has taught English at Osaka Sangyo University, Kansai University of Foreign Studies (Hirakata, Japan), and Los Angeles Pierce College. When not writing or teaching, Mr. Sturm works as an actor on television and in motion pictures. He is at work on another novel and divides his time between California and Japan.
