BAY CITY, Mich. & TORONTO, June 14, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- UgoMedia Interactive Corp - (Pink Sheets:UGMI) (name change to Sciax Corporation pending) reported today that the company has signed a Letter of Understanding with Spatial View Inc. (SVI), a manufacturer of advanced 3D imaging technology. Sciax intends to explore opportunities that would integrate Spatial View 3D technology in the company's defense and industrial product offerings.

Sciax intends to explore several opportunities with Spatial View. In defense, the company will test 3D technology in forensics and evidence recovery, reconnaissance, and in certain advanced simulation applications. In the industrial business, there are several areas for the application of 3D technology in remote visual inspection where precise positioning of endoscopes and the ability to measure object sizes or defects can be of critical importance.
