Kingsley Coach Forms New Commercial Unit


ANDOVER, Minn., June 16, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Kingsley Coach, Inc. (OTCBB:KNGS) announced today the formation of the "Kingsley Commercial Business Unit" for the development and production of new business activities in the United States.

According to CEO Ralph Dickenson, "The decision to form this new unit came about as a result of the growing demand for Kingsley coaches from commercial and professional businesses." Dickenson added: "in fiscal 2002, realizing the market for mobile medical devices was about $400 million & growing, we developed a marketing program to communicate the merits of the Kingsley Coach to this market. The completion and delivery of a third medical unit carrying the CTI/CDS- Hitachi (NYSE:HIT) PET Scanner reaffirmed our belief that this new commercial unit will contribute significantly to Kingsley's growing revenues."
