CEO in Golar LNG Ltd., Tor Olav Trøim, has as of 17 June renewed an existing forward contract, reported 19 December 2003, with a new obligation to buy 60,000 shares in Golar LNG. The new forward contract becomes effective as of 17 December 2004 at a price of NOK 73,55 per share.
