(OTCBB:GKIG), a publicly held holding company with entertainment and technology subsidiaries, announced today that it signed a letter of intent to acquire Studio D Recording Inc., a premier music tracking and mixing facility. The transaction was arranged by Stanton, Walker and Company, a New York-based consulting firm retained by GK.
Studio D, having been in operation for over twenty years, has had the opportunity to work with some of the greatest in the music industry who utilize its recording equipment. A few of the more notable names that have performed in the studio include: Ringo Starr, Sammy Haggar, Jewel, Smashmouth, Indigo Girls and Earth, Wind and Fire.
