STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 23, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- At its 2004 Annual General Meeting, Skandia Liv appointed Bo Eklof as new Chairman of the Board. He has previously served as President and CEO of former SPP and Executive Vice President of Saf.
Gert Engman, the newly appointed head of Skandia's Swedish operations, has also been appointed as a new director on the Board. Leaving the Board are Lars Eric Ericsson, Cecilia Daun Wennborg and Jan-Mikael Bexhed. The other board members are Elisabeth Annell, Bjorn Bjornsson, Urban Backstrom, Lars Oberg, Gunnar Holmgren, and the employee representatives Mona Gavrell and Sonja Wikstrom, with alternates Anna- Karin Bruce and Bengt Carlberg.
