(ISD) (Pink Sheets:ITDJ), a provider of enterprise software aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises today announced a new distribution agreement with Vintec Knowledge Ltd to market the company's products in the European market, focusing on the U.K. and the Netherlands.
This agreement marks ISD's first move into this very large and attractive European market. This follows directly from the company's strategy for growth through expansion in new geographical markets, as reiterated on June 14, 2004 as well as the recent breakthrough sale in Asia Pacific, announced on July 19, 2004.
The new European distributor, Vintec Knowledge Ltd, based in Sheffield, England, markets and integrates leading management software tools, with a customer base of over 100 organizations. The distributor will focus its marketing efforts at selling BENEFIT through two main categories. The first will be through software companies selling products that complement BENEFIT, such as accounts packages. The second will be through hardware suppliers and system integrators specializing in small to medium sized organizations.
BENEFIT is an easy-to-employ solution, which includes many CRM functions focusing on the small to medium sized organization's need for greater internal efficiency, cost control, and customer service quality. Key features include best-of-breed functionality, high scalability, application flexibility, low total cost of ownership and rapid return on investment (ROI). BENEFIT brings many advanced functions to the small and medium business market generally only available in CRM packages aimed at large enterprises.
