(OTCBB:RVNM) is pleased to announce that its shareholders overwhelmingly approved the election of its Board of Directors with 99% of the vote yesterday at the Raven Moon Entertainment annual shareholder meeting at the Sea World Renaissance Resort in Orlando, Florida.
The Raven Moon shareholders re-elected Chairman and CEO Joey DiFrancesco and Bernadette DiFrancesco while electing three new board members; educator Dr. Janice Battenberg, Larry Oakley, and Bob McCarthy. Raven Moon Entertainment also celebrated the completion of 13 episodes of "Gina D's Kids Club."
Raven Moon shareholders viewed excerpts from the new programs and received a list of television stations across the country which will be airing the program in September. Raven Moon CEO Joey DiFrancesco welcomed Former Survivor All-Stars Rob C and Rupert Boneham who took pictures with the shareholders.
The former Survivor All-Stars were in attendance to shoot commercials for the New Reality Show, "Amazon Challenge, Search for the Amazon Queen." Raven Moon shareholders watched in amazement as CEO Joey DiFrancesco unveiled the trailer for "The Most Exotic and Outrageous Reality Show."
"We've come a long way in the last 12 months, but what we have accomplished is just the tip of the iceberg," stated Joey DiFrancesco, Raven Moon CEO.
In addition to "Gina D's Kids Club," which has already begun syndication, the creative team at Raven Moon Entertainment is developing "Amazon Challenge," "Mr. Bicycle Man," and the "Bo Bo Blocks."
