FAGERSTA, Sweden, Aug. 27, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Kai Warn, appointed President of Seco Tools AB and CEO of the Seco Group, will assume his position as earlier announced during the second half of 2004. It has now been agreed that he will enter on his duties October 1, 2004.
