The Justice Fund Signs Agreement to Market Commercial Applications of AdZone Research Internet Surveillance Technology in Partnership with Senticore

CHICAGO, Sept. 14, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- The Justice Fund, a privately held company soon to be publicly traded, has signed a multi-year, multi-million contract in partnership with Senticore, Inc. (OTCBB:SNIO), a growing diversified holding company, to market AdZone Research's (OTCBB:ADZR) Internet surveillance technology in Asia and South America over the next four years.

The Justice Fund and Senticore will distribute and market AdZone's NetGet(tm) (patent protected) system for various commercial applications as part of a non-exclusive contract calling for both companies to develop NetGet's Internet commercial applications internationally. The contract anticipates payments for sales made on a continuing basis, with graduated annualized target goals.

"Expanding the scope of commercial applications for NetGet is a very high priority for The Justice Fund as well as for Senticore," said Randall Goulding, Managing Director of The Justice Fund, who is also an attorney, a CPA, and a former U.S. Treasury agent. He also serves as Managing Director of The Nutmeg Group, L.L.C., an investment banking firm with more than $35 million in assets under management, and which has invested in all three entities involved in the new contract.

"This amazing technology has been validated by the U.S. Government, and what we now seek to undertake by marketing its capabilities in Asia and Latin America is a natural outgrowth of that very high level of commitment," Goulding continued. Since The Nutmeg Group is the primary funding source for AdZone and Senticore, as well as The Justice Fund, the mission is even more enjoyable, because it is a further evidence of our efforts in growing all three companies.

Senticore is a Florida-based holding company with interests in residential and commercial real estate, land development, hospitality and professional sports.

AdZone Research is a pioneering provider of Internet surveillance technology, validated both by a recent contract direct from the U.S. government as well as for commercial applications as called for in this contract.
