eMax Holdings Corporation Appoints Don Tanner to Board of Directors and as New President of eMax Studios Division


ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 14, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- eMax Holdings Corporation (Pink Sheets:EMXC), today announced it has appointed Don Tanner to their Board of Directors. Mr. Tanner has over 40 years of experience in software development and programming; music and TV production; sales and marketing distribution; operational and business management; and owning a successful advertising agency and music recording studios and record label.

Mr. Tanner studied business management and accounting at South Georgia College and Auburn University. He currently owns a successful Internet Research and Consulting company in South Georgia.

For 30 years, Mr. Tanner specialized in computer programming and server mainframe installation for computers by software giant, IBM (NYSE:IBM). His many years of expertise in this industry led to the successful design and implementation of complicated computer programs to control and operate inventory of aircraft parts, pilot flight data, and weather information systems for Flagstar.

Mr. Tanner has also worked with numerous international publishers and producers for the licensing of music recordings and royalty collection for artists. Don gained his vast music and video experience working with producers on 1 hour video shows meant for worldwide syndication and by owning his own studio in Atlanta, Georgia and working with major recording artists there. Don garnered a lot of his musical expertise while engineering and producing for various major artists in gospel, rock, and country, at both Lefevre Sound Studios and Studio One in Atlanta.
