Rascals Comes to New York


MONTCLAIR, N.J., Sept. 27, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Headliners Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB:HLNR) announced today that the official opening of the sixth Rascals Comedy Club at the Palisades Center Mall in West Nyack, N.Y. will take place at the end of October 2004.

The Palisades Center is the second largest mall in the United States with over 20 million visitors a year. The 350-seat comedy showroom and lounge will be in ThEATery section of the mall which boasts a 21-screen Lowes movie theatre, an Imax theater, and over 20 full-service destination restaurants including Dave & Busters, Friday's, Chili's, Legal Seafoods, Outback Steakhouse, and Fox Sports Grill -- just to mention a few.

Bursting with excitement, Ed Rodriguez, Headliners Chairman, CEO and President, said: "We anticipate a strong opening with seven shows a week, and admission charges starting at $10.00 per person, proving to be just as -- if not more competitive than -- a movie."
