Van Lanschot Distributes One-off Interim Dividend


HERTOGENBOSCH, Netherlands, Sept. 28, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Van Lanschot NV has decided to distribute a one-off interim dividend in view of the planned share issue in connection with the acquisition of CenE Bankiers.

To ensure equal treatment of the new shares to be issued and the existing shares, an interim dividend of EUR 0.76 per ordinary share and per depositary receipt for ordinary shares of Van Lanschot NV is to be distributed. The dividend will be paid in cash.

The depositary receipts for ordinary shares will be quoted ex-interim dividend as from 30 September 2004. The interim dividend will become payable on 7 October 2004.
