Austin Medical Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AMTK), Senetek PLC (Nasdaq:SNTK), webMethods, Inc. (Nasdaq:WEBM) and BIO-key International Inc. (OTCBB:BKYI)

Making progress and continued growth is a little company called Austin Medical Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:AMTK). Austin Medical announced after the closing bell Monday that they are adding new sales of $1.1 million over the contracted period. This represents Austin Medical's best quarter to date. The company stated that they will produce over 13,000 new surgical kits per year for just one new west coast eye center in San Diego.

Austin Medical Technologies delivers "DIRECT" from the manufacturer to the Surgeon, the only technology based, "Single Source Supply Solution" for custom sterile surgery trays made up of 80% of all disposable surgical devices utilized in surgery. Currently the company has contracted with 200 eye surgery centers including the 2 largest eye surgery centers in the USA. The market for custom sterile surgery trays is a $2.1 Billion market here in the USA.

AMTK is currently trading at around .05 - .06 a share.

Senetek PLC (Nasdaq:SNTK)

Healthcare technologies company Senetek PLC announced Monday that it has completed the restructuring of its senior secured notes and warrants on the terms of the preliminary agreement, which was previously announced in a news release dated August 16, 2004.

The company stated that the agreement announced on Aug 16 provides for a $1.6 million principal prepayment, with no further principal payments due until maturity in April 2007. The interest rate on the notes would remain at 8.5% through the term of the loan. The remaining $3.3 million principal amount of notes become exchangeable, at the election of the holders of the notes, for ordinary shares at a fixed exchange value of $0.80 per share. The Series A and B warrants expiration date was extended to March 2011.

SNTK closed Monday $0.32, up 10.34 percent.

webMethods, Inc. (Nasdaq:WEBM)

webMethods, Inc., a provider of software for end-to-end business integration solutions, announced before the bell Monday that it has appointed David Mitchell as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, and added that Mitchell has been elected as a member of the board.

webMethods stated that Mitchell succeeds Phillip Merrick, Chairman and CEO, who resigned for health reasons.

WEBM closed Monday up .19 at $5.69 on above average volume of 1,171,989 shares.

On the OTCBB

BIO-key International Inc. (OTCBB:BKYI)

BIO-key International Inc., the leader in finger-based biometric identification and wireless public safety solutions, announced Monday that it has successfully completed the first phase deployment of its PacketCluster mobile office solution for the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP).

The company said the deployment is the initial phase of a BIO-key's $7.5 million dollar contract to provide the PSP with wireless public safety software and systems, through a partnership with systems integrator Lockheed Martin, and added that its Aether Mobile Government Division was contracted to provide the mobile software as part of the Incident Information Management System (solution in 1,200 patrol cars.

BKYI closed Monday's trading session up 0.04 at $1.11
