Sun Network Group, Inc. Subsidiary, Radio X Network, and Dennis Publishing to Produce and Syndicate "Stuff Sports" Radio Program

The Sun Network Group, Inc. (OTCBB:SNNW) (Frankfurt:570891SWK) announced today that its subsidiary, Radio X Network, has entered into a licensing agreement with Dennis Publishing, Inc. and its successful mens' lifestyle magazine Stuff, to produce, syndicate and distribute a 2-hour weekly radio program "Stuff Sports."

Stuff magazine is the must read for over five million guys each month who look to the magazine for their product, entertainment and pop-culture news and information. "Stuff Sports," which will launch in the first quarter of 2005, will be an irreverent sports talk-radio show, capturing the unique tone that has propelled the magazine into the forefront of the mens' lifestyle publishing category. Originating from the west coast, the program will take a comical look at sports, through comedy bits, celebrity interviews, and audience call-in participation. Some of Stuff's most popular features and content will make the transition into the new show.

Behind the microphones will be two Stuff-ready radio veterans:

 - David Stein is a former No. 1 morning show personality from
southeastern Pennsylvania. Hence, an Eagles Fan .... not a Steelers
Fan! He had the highest ratings in all demos at CHR legend WRFY for
22 straight books, spanning 10 years. From there, Stein became a
nationally syndicated talk show host with "On The Line with David
Stein," an entertainment-based, issue and topical show with celebrity
guests. David has won first place awards for radio features from UPI
and The Philadelphia Press Association, has acted in and
voiced History Channel documentaries and has appeared in numerous TV
commercials. As a stand-up comedian, Stein has opened for Jerry
Seinfeld, George Carlin, Paula Poundstone, Steven Wright and others.

 - Chris Andersen brings a wealth of sports knowledge and background
not often found in the radio industry. Andersen has both walked the
walk and talked the talk; as an athlete, he played football
with future Hall-of-Famers at UCLA, as well as learning from some of
the coaching business' brightest minds. His connections in the sports
world are unrivaled: what host can speak of personal tutoring from
coaches like Miami Dolphins head coach Dave Wannstedt or Detroit
Lions head coach Steve Mariucci? Or sat in position meetings with
All-Pros like Tim McDonald, Ronnie Lott, Jack Del Rio and Jonathan
 Ogden?

T. Joseph Coleman, CEO of the Sun Network Group, Inc said: "We are very excited to be in business with Dennis Publishing and the very talented people at Stuff magazine. This significant brand is well targeted to our radio audience and we believe its entertaining content will translate sensationally to the radio medium. Stuff subscribers and readers are a directly compatible demographic to our Radio X Network audience."

"Dennis Publishing and Stuff magazine are thrilled to be partnering with Radio X Network," said Dennis Publishing Director of Brand Development Barry Pincus. "Radio-X, with its great national distribution, and its presence on Sirius Satellite radio, makes it a perfect partner to launch Stuff magazine into a new and exciting media. The show will showcase the utility and humor that Stuff readers have come to expect each and every month."
