The WGL & Producers to Select Reality Show Participants

ORLANDO, Fla., Oct. 15, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- The World Golf League, Inc. (OTCBB:WGFL) announced today that it has narrowed the list of eligible participants for its upcoming reality series to ninety-six, from the hundreds of potential players who registered. During the course of the next several weeks, the shows' producers will conduct telephone interviews to determine personality and competitive traits to narrow the field to the final 32 players.

"Player selection will be our final step prior to solidifying our National Network Contract," said Mike Pagnano, CEO The WGL, Inc. The series is scheduled to be shot in late 4th quarter 2004 and aired over eleven one hour episodes beginning January 2005. The WGL Inc. expects the reality series, where one player will walk away with $1,000,000 to be a major hit and become its premier asset for several years to come.

The WGL markets a professional golf concept in the USA and 27 international venues, which allow average golfers to play for substantial prize money in local and regional tournaments culminating with a PGA-style national event and world championship.
