Hard to Treat Diseases Incorporated (HTTD) Receives Judge's Order Dismissing Case in Oklahoma

DELRAY BEACH, Fla., Nov. 5, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- HTTD received the Oklahoma Judge's Order to Dismiss the case brought against us by Shinn Capital Group, Inc.

Shinn Capital Group, Inc., Shinn and Knight brought charges against Hard to Treat Diseases, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HTDS), a Florida Corporation, Colm J. King, et al. in the state of Oklahoma. Shinn and his group wanted the return of Tubercin, monetary damages, the rescission of the Share Exchange Agreement, more monetary damages and a determination of their rights. Shinn and his group attempted to have our case against them transferred to Oklahoma; instead it is pending in the Florida Federal Court system. Oklahoma has dismissed Shinn's case.

A hearing is currently scheduled before a Federal Magistrate Judge regarding our request for a Preliminary Injunction against Shinn. Shinn's group has informally requested a continuance which HTTD opposes. The Court's ruling will be released by HTTD through a press release as soon as it is issued by the Court.
