CESAREA, Israel, Nov. 9, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- InterAge Ltd (Pink Sheets:ITGJ), a provider of integrated web marketing solutions, announced today a new marketing and strategic relationship with goZing Surveys Inc, a leading international provider of online samples to market research firms.

As part of this relationship, InterAge will establish a local online research panel employing goZing's international panel management guidelines designed to ensure cost-effective results. This will enable InterAge to meet the growing market need for online research in Israel as well as be involved in recruiting panelists worldwide.

This cooperation with goZing will enable InterAge to offer more advanced online marketing and panel acquisition services. In addition, the Company will now have access to a wide range of major research firms and web companies from a network of nearly 6,000 affiliates.
