REDEMPTION OF PREFERRED SECURITIES
Grand Metropolitan Delaware, L.P. has called all of its 9.42% Cumulative Guaranteed Preferred Securities, Series A (NYSE:GRM_pa)(Cusip: 386087 209) for redemption on 16 November 2004. The Preferred Securities will be redeemed at $25.00 per Preferred Security together with accumulated and unpaid dividends to the date of redemption. Pursuant to the terms of the Preferred Securities, the funds for redemption will be deposited with the Depositary Trust Company.
