Following items will be on the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting:
1) Additional dividend
The Board of Directors proposes that, in addition to the dividend approved by the Annual General Meeting on 18 March 2004 (EUR 0,75), an additional dividend of EUR 0.50 per share be paid on the basis of the Balance Sheet for the financial year that ended on 31 December 2003.
The proposed additional dividend will reduce the share subscription price of Vaisala's stock option plan in accordance with the terms.

The date of the dividend payment would be 28 December 2004.
