1. Identa Corp. participated in the California Narcotic Officers' Association (CNOA) conference in San Diego, U.S.A. Our representatives at the conference report that there was a great deal of interest in our products and that they made initial contacts with dozens of police organizations and representatives of various district attorneys' offices. As already announced, Identa will be participating in a similar conference in Oregon in about two weeks. Building on the success of the conference in San Diego, we have decided as part of the 2005 work plan to participate in a number of conferences organized by the Narcotics Officers' Association in the following states: Illinois, Florida, Texas, California and others. Visitors to these conferences are the main target audience for our products in the professional market. 2. In the Identa Corp work plan for 2005, it was decided to participate in another 2-3 key conferences in the field of Homeland Security in the United States and Europe. 3. The marketing company, Magna-Business Development, presented the company's products at the Medica trade fair and congress in Dusseldorf, Germany. 4. For the past several months now, Identa Corp has been negotiating with a well-known Israeli company that specializes in global capital markets, with a specific focus on the American capital market for a strategic partnership in the following areas: capital market, management, marketing and sales. We expect that negotiations will be completed successfully within the next few weeks. This will give Identa and its products the opportunity to penetrate additional markets, especially in the United States. This company has numerous contacts in the field of Homeland Security in the United States.
