AdZone Research Expands Operations, Creating a Cyber-Security Division

NEW YORK, Dec. 20, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- AdZone Research Inc. (OTCBB:ADZR), a pioneering Internet surveillance technology solutions provider, and an advertising research firm that tracks more than 95% of all Internet advertising revenues, today announced that it will expand its operations, creating a Cyber-Security division. The new division will directly address, and provide continuing services to combat, cyber security threats.

The company anticipates initial and re-occurring revenues from this division, which will have civilian, commercial, state and governmental clients. The new division will be formally known as the AdZone Cyber-Security Group. Initially, Chief Operating Officer John A. Cardona will direct the new division. Assisting him in this oversight process will be Tom Madigan, AdZone's Director of Global Intelligence and Data Operations.

"Our unparalleled technology has enabled us to expand our potential commercial and defense applications. We now also will be focused on providing clients with comprehensive security solutions," said Cardona. "The degree of customization required will determine the price for services rendered. We expect to report further on these unfolding developments in the near term, which will include the hiring of additional senior programming and support personnel."
