The annual list recognizes the most influential and respected corporate buyers, service providers, strategy consultants and thought leaders for their achievements and contributions to the global HR outsourcing industry, which is valued at $55 billion, according to industry estimates.
This is the third consecutive year that Vales, founder and Senior Partner of Vales Consulting Group, has been named an HRO Superstar by the magazine editors. Vales, which HRO Today called, "the universally acknowledged marketing guru of the BPO business," is widely known for his thought leadership contributions to the industry.
