Kesko Corporation's Board of Directors has today established a Compensation Committee and approved its rules of procedure. Retailer Heikki Takamäki, Chairman of Kesko Corporation's Board was selected as Chairman of the Committee, while retailer Pentti Kalliala and Finnair Oyj's President and CEO Keijo Suila, both Board members, were selected as members of the Committee.
By establishing a Compensation Committee, Kesko's Board of Directors will improve the effective preparation of the compensation and appointment matters under the Board's responsibility.
