CLX Investment Company Announces Engagement of eStrategy Solutions to Develop Training Courses for Texas Health Care Association

TEMECULA, Calif., March 17, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- CLX Investment Company (OTCBB:CLXN) today announced that portfolio investment company, eStrategy Solutions, an e-learning and cost recovery solution provider, has been engaged to deliver three training courses for the Texas Health Care Association, a group that represents a broad spectrum of long-term care providers and professionals across the state.

eStrategy Solutions has initially been tasked with developing three online training courses, Medicare/Medicaid, Ethics and Title VI. The Texas Health Care Association represents providers of long term, rehabilitative and specialized health care services. Member facilities, owned by both for-profit and non-profit entities, include nursing facilities, specialized rehabilitation facilities, and assisted living facilities.

John Matthews, President of eStrategy Solutions, commented, "We continue to expand our reach into this market by servicing agencies that require cost-effective and secure content delivery solutions to meet their continuing education needs. The future of this type of training is clearly electronic, replacing inefficient face-to-face and paper-based programs. As we successfully deliver more courses and build our client base within the state of Texas and other target markets, we anticipate quantum growth in both users and revenues."

In February 2005, eStrategy Solutions expanded its server operations to accommodate over 2 million new users. The upgraded system encompasses new digital reporting features, multimedia capability and integrated authoring tools that adapt to new Macromedia enhancements. Through this new platform, the courses can deliver any type of multimedia content as well as highly specific required continuing education at higher speeds nationwide.
