Viropro Pharma Signs A Major Partnership With Capiltech For Its Health Consumer Division


MONTREAL, March 22, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Viropro Pharma Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Viropro, Inc. (OTCBB:VPRO) is pleased to announce today that it has signed a major partnership for its Health Consumer Products Division with Capiltech, a leading manufacturer of homeopathic products.

According to this agreement, Viropro Pharma, Inc. has the exclusive right to sell and distribute Capiltech's product line internationally. This line consists primarily of exclusive natural and homeopathic health products with many of the ingredients or formulations sourced in Europe, Brazil and Tahiti. These products will consolidate Viropro Pharma's existing consumer products range.

Capiltech, a leading company based in Montreal, is renowned for its advanced research and development of homeopathic high quality products. It has acquired a solid reputation through the European and North American markets thanks to a large range of homeopathic products, which perfectly responded to the growing need for homeopathic products.
