(Pink Sheets:ILST) today announced that it has completed drilling of a second phase of exploration on the Company's Detrital Wash properties in Mohave County, Arizona. Preceding the drilling, the Company held a Q&A Shareholder Breakfast followed by a Ground Breaking Ceremony on the property.
Drilling Of Test Holes Completed
International Star, Inc. engaged Zereko Nevada, Inc., a Nevada corporation, to continue the Company's exploration efforts on its Detrital Wash property.
Between the period March 29, 2005 and April 13, 2005, Zereko Nevada, Inc. under the direction of mining engineer, Mr. Karel R. Pieterse, P. Eng., of Sudbury, Ontario, with the assistance of geologist, Dr. Dell Foutz of Grand Junction, Colorado, mobilized drilling equipment, established an exploration site, commenced drilling of the second phase of sampling, provided written description of the alluvial material on the property, classified the samples, cut samples for distribution to appropriate labs and forwarded samples to three labs in order to maintain accuracy and verification of assays to be performed.

Q&A Shareholder Breakfast and Ground Breaking Ceremony
Prior to the drilling, International Star, Inc. was pleased to greet shareholders at a Q&A Breakfast and later the Ground Breaking Ceremony that took place Wednesday, March 30, 2005, on the Detrital Wash Property in Mohave County, Arizona. The days festivities began with a Question and Answer Breakfast where attending shareholders were able to meet all the Officers and attending Directors of the Company and ask questions regarding of the future plans for International Star. The Ground Breaking Ceremony followed, with a Question & Answer session including the mining contractor and mining engineer. Shareholders were able to not only take part in the Q&A, but also spend time with everyone involved for follow-up questions.
