As mentioned in the Annual Report 2004 Hartmann has been negotiating a new agreement with the union during the last couple of months.
A new three-year agreement has now been concluded with the trade union, and Hartmann considers the outcome of the negotiations satisfactory.
The outcome of the trade union negotiations was crucial for the necessary improvements of the results for our North American business and at the same time a precondition for our expectations for 2005.
Hartmann's overall expectations for 2005 remain unchanged.
