Hernandez Companies will provide the service and maintenance to Home Services of America customers. Home Services of America is looking forward to announcing the completion of a definitive agreement with Hernandez Companies.
On May 3, 2005, CDI Developments Corp. announced that it had signed a definitive agreement with Home Services of America, Inc. The Corporation also announced that it would be changing its name to Home Services of America, Inc. to better reflect its core business.
