STOCKHOLM, Sweden, May 19, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Christer de Flon has been appointed Director of Global Sales and Marketing and at the same time also Vice President of Vitrolife.
In line with the strategy of expanding Vitrolife's sales organization and thereby direct contact with the customers, Christer de Flon has been appointed Director of Global Sales and Marketing. This means that all personnel within marketing and sales in the Vitrolife Group will be led by de Flon, via a marketing director and two regional sales directors, one for South and North America and one for Europe and Asia. At the same time de Flon has also been appointed company Vice President.
Since February this year Christer de Flon has worked as Vitrolife's sales director. Christer has many years of experience in senior management within the pharmaceuticals industry, amongst other things as the head of marketing at Astra Zeneca in Sweden and as the CEO at Carlsson Research AB.
