STOCKHOLM, Sweden, May 20, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Nordinvest, which is a subsidiary of Industrivarden, has acquired 1,019,200 A shares and 88,400 B shares in SSAB.
Industrivarden's total holding thus amounts to 15,182,350 A shares and 88,400 B shares, corresponding to 19.7 percent of the votes and 15.1 percent of the capital.
