Crucell and DSM Announce PER.C6(R) License Agreement with Ferring Pharmaceuticals


LEIDEN, Netherlands, May 25, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Dutch biotechnology company Crucell N.V. (Euronext:CRXL) (Nasdaq:CRXL) and allied contract manufacturer DSM Biologics announced today that they have signed a PER.C6(R) commercial license agreement with Ferring Pharmaceuticals. This license agreement allows Ferring to use the PER.C6(R) cell line in the field of women's health care. Financial details were not disclosed.
