The shareholders and holders of Swedish depository receipts are entitled to subscribe for one (1) new share or one (1) new depository receipt for each seven (7) existing shares or each seven (7) existing depository receipts held in the Company. The issue price for one new share/depository receipt will be SEK 60. The subscription period will run as of and including 7 June up to and including 21 June 2005 for holders of Swedish Depository Receipts and as of and including 31 May up to and including 29 June 2005 for registered shareholders.
