STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 14, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Hakan Coster, Managing Director in Orrefors Kosta Boda AB, has, because of the change in ownership, decided to leave his position as Managing Director in the company. As new Managing Director in the company has Magnus Andersson been appointed, who is Managing Director in New Wave Group's subsidiary Sagaform AB.
"It is my full conviction that the change in ownership in Orrefors Kosta Boda is a positive change, where there are many potential synergies, but when there also requires new powerful cost-actions, have I come to the conclusion that I am not the right man to lead the company through the period.
