STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Industrivarden has called for the conversion of 2,302,756 Class A shares in Skanska to a corresponding number of Class B shares. The conversion re-duces Industrivarden's share of votes in Skanska from 29.3% to 26.9%.
Following the completed conversion, Industrivarden's holding in Skanska is shown in the table below:
