STOCKHOLM, Sweden, June 30, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- TeliaSonera International Carrier has once again been selected by Ukrtelecom, the leading provider of telecommunications solutions in Ukraine, as their provider of global IP transit services. The agreement strengthens TeliaSonera International Carrier's position as one of the leading IP solution providers in Eastern Europe.
Ukraine is one of Europe's fastest growing countries in terms of economic growth. The need for IP solutions is increasing as a result of this.
